Remember - you can double the oven capacity.

Each King Edward oven has a main cooking oven and a top display area to store and display from while the main oven is cooking another batch. Each batch takes approx. 60 minutes. Over a 2 hour period you can, therefore, cook and serve twice the stated capacity.
