New product - 120 volt oven now available for North American market

King Edward Catering Equipment has today announced the addition of a new potato baking oven to its range: a 120 volt version of the Classic 25 Potato Oven.

The new oven has been designed with the US and Canadian markets particularly in mind, and has been approved by both the NSF food hygiene standard and the ETL electrical safety mark for North America.

The new baker has a fan-assisted convection oven with the capacity to cook 20-25 potatoes in approximately 60 minutes. A similar quantity can be stored and displayed in an illuminated holding area above the main oven.

The oven is designed as a front of house counter top unit but can also be used as on a back bar if required. With a small footprint of just 450mm x 450mm, the unit provides superb value for money: users can cook, store, display and merchandise all from a single source. And being fan-assisted convection it can be used to cook any foodstuff - a great back up oven. If used as a counter top a glass menu board allows users to provide menu options, pricing or that day's specials.

The new oven will complement existing products available in North America, which include the 120V Hot Food Merchandiser and 240V versions of the original King Edward Potato Bakers.
