Vista Hot Food Display now shipping
Following its launch at the Hospitality 2009 show in January, we are delighted to announce that the new Vista Hot Food Display unit is in full production and is now available.
The new hot food display is the perfect complement to the Vista 40 bake & display oven which was launched last year. It has been designed to store and present all types of food – from croissants, pastries and bread products – to pies, pizza and even potatoes. With 360 degree visibility wherever the unit is sited, the Vista display will enhance any front of house foodservice operation.
Constructed mainly of stainless steel, polished chrome and toughened glass to stunning effect, the unit can be used as a counter top unit with through loading and customer self service if required. Like all King Edward products this unit is hand finished in the UK to ensure optimum operating efficiency and hard wearing good looks.
The product bears all the hallmarks of King Edward design and manufacturing prowess:
- Superb 360 degree visibility to hold and present a wide range of cooked foodstuffs prior to serving.
- Innovative design ensures the same unit can be used without modification as either a counter top or back-bar unit with equal effectiveness.
- Food grade stainless steel oven interior with fully removable wire trays & support racks for easy cleaning.
- Small footprint of only 460mm x 490mm makes it highly practical in almost every situation.
- Through loading with option of customer self-serve facility from the top area.
- Cabinet air temperature: 300 to 110 degree C to ensure foods stay warm.
- Humidifier unit supplied as standard to stop foods drying out whilst on display.
