Jacket potatoes make a delicious and healthy base for a host of different meals - from quick snacks and light luncheons to filling evening meals. By adding different fillings and side dishes the humble potato can be used repeatedly but with great variety. And given how inexpensive potatoes are, you can create highly nutritional dishes at extremely low cost.

Remember that with the fan-assisted convection oven used in all King Edward potato bakers, you can not only cook jackets, but any other food you like. So don't restrict yourself to a jacket with beans or chilli - why not try serving jackets with quiche, with roast chicken... the menu can be as endless as your imagination.
