Turkey, Brie and Bacon
King Edward, Maris Piper or washed and graded baking potatoes (8 to 10oz)
Cooked Bacon pieces
Pre-heat your oven to 200°C
Don your oven gloves and load your potatoes
After about 60 minutes your potatoes should be cooked, remove them and press them gently onto a serving plate/container. Cut a cross in the top of the potato and gently squeeze its base to expose the flesh.
Dress with butter, thin slices of brie, the cooked meat and cranberry.
Grilling the dressed potato or popping it back into the oven for a few minutes should help to melt the cheese if so desired.
